"I have to admit that I bought these mostly based on their inexpensive price. However I was pleasantly surprised with the fit and quality of the shorts. I have recently lost some weight and went from a size 32 to a 30 and these fit perfectly. Like most MTB shorts these are made of mainly polyester and some other more stretchy material. I like that they have a bit of stretch on the front side of the waist band to allow for some weight change. They have a small side pocket on the left side that it is very convenient. I almost always look for my shorts to have some sort of side pocket that I use to carry a small multi tool when mountain biking. All an all, a great deal."
