nice replacement, but beware seal orientation
"This has gotten my bike back into riding shape with crisp shifting (along with my new chain & cassette). Be careful to note the seal orientation in the guide/upper pulley with the ceramic bushing. As arranged in the packaging (mine came in a Shimano box, not a plastic baggy or blister pack as the picture shows, the seals are flat side out, which is backwards. To be fair, the Shimano tech doc illustration shows the seal setup flat side out, but that is wrong. It cannot work that way because in that orientation, it's just a loose cap/ring with nothing holding it in place. Note how your original derailleur or Shimano's photos of the derailleur depict the seals--flat side in."
